Dr. Adil Shafi

Dr Adil Shafi is an aspiring young doctor who aims to make his mark in the field of surgery. He is currently working as General and Laparoscopic Surgeon at Advanced International Hospital G-8 Markaz Islamabad. Dr Adil Shafi graduated(MBBS) from Liaquat University of Medical and Health Science Jamshoro, Hyderabad. After completing his General surgery Training from Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi he was conferred the Degree of Master of Surgery in General Surgery  (MS-General Surgery) by Rawalpindi Medical University. He was also awarded with the “Outstanding University Resident Award” by Rawalpindi Medical University for his outstanding achievements. Later he was also awarded with MRCPS by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow in 2021. He was also awarded with CMIS (Certification in Minimal Invasive Surgery) by the University of Faisalabad, in 2022. Apart from General and Laparoscopic Surgery, Dr Adil has an additional qualification “Diploma in Sexology and  Male health”. Weekly clinics for Male Infertility and Sexual Problems are organized .He is Principle Author of Research article regrading Hemorrhoids(piles) Surgery. He is also Coauthor of numerous case Reports and research papers.

What makes him the best emerging young surgeon is the understanding of advanced Laparoscopic Surgical skills which enables him to work efficiently individually as well as part of team.
